Is Evolution 24/7 open 24 hours, every day?
Yes. Member access runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. You train on your schedule, with staffed hours available during the week for in-person support.
What are the staffed hours?
Staff are available Monday to Wednesday, 11am–2pm and 3pm–7pm, and Thursday to Friday, 11am–3pm. Outside those hours, the gym remains fully open to members with 24/7 access.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 1-day free trial so you can see the facility properly and train on the equipment before joining. Register online, come in during staffed hours, and experience the gym for yourself.
Does Evolution 24/7 have showers?
Yes. The gym has bathrooms with showers available for members.
What equipment is available?
Evolution 24/7 is built around Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment, with a complete mix of strength, cardio, cables, and free weights. That includes plate-loaded and selectorised machines, barbells, dumbbells, Olympic plates, treadmills, bikes, rowers, stair climbers, and more.
Where is the gym located?
We are located at Unit 4, 839 Boundary Road, Coopers Plains QLD, with free on-site parking. The gym is convenient to Sunnybank, Robertson, Salisbury, Acacia Ridge, Moorooka, and the wider Brisbane southside.
